With over two decades of experience in operations and leadership roles, she brings a thoughtful, solutions-oriented approach to improving processes and simplifying workflows.

A Delaware native, Julia enjoys sharing a genuine appreciation for the community and supporting both agents and clients with a strong local perspective. Passionate about creating a positive client experience and contributing to the community, Julia works to build systems that help everyone succeed. Outside of work, Julia has been an active member of CrossFit Bear for over 12 years, bringing the same consistency, discipline, and commitment to both personal and professional growth.
