Meet Juli! Juli is our primary Listing Specialist. While searching for her first home, Juli found a passion for the real estate market. After years of window shopping for homes online, Juli connected with the Megan Aitken Team and that passion quickly turned into a dream career. Her positivity and drive to please our clients ensure a smooth and enjoyable process for everyone! Growing up right here in Middletown, Juli calls MOT home and brings a wealth of knowledge to our team about the ins and outs of our area. The only thing Juli loves more than working with our community is spending quality time with her loving husband and chasing after their sweet kids. Nothing beats take-out and family movie nights!

She’s a graduate of the University of Kentucky and has extensive experience in marketing and sales and understands the importance of finding exactly what a client needs. Elizabeth has been a resident of Delaware for over 12 years. She is a President's Club winner and has been nationally recognized for her sales ability, while also exceeding clients expectations. When not working, she loves spending time with her two adorable boys and traveling the world with her amazing husband.

Outside of work, Cara focuses on her vibrant family life with her husband, two kids, and two dogs.
Marilyn has a passion for connecting people with their dream homes! She is licensed and ready to serve clients in both Pennsylvania and Delaware. Marilyn's 18 years of sales experience has taught her the importance of clear communication and dedicated service. As a bilingual agent, she is proud to speak Spanish and assist a wider community in their home buying and selling journeys. Away from the office, you'll find her spending time with her son and daughter, often on the sidelines of their sporting events.
