I would say it's a 5-star experience and we highly recommend them to anybody in the Delaware. Megan's team is a one stop shop and the whole process took just 6 weeks including necessary repairs, staging, listing, selling, and final closing and the entire 6-wk process was very smooth. What we liked the most is their dedication and accountability throughout the process, and their willingness and hard work to get extra dollar to the possible extent. Megan's team includes quite a few real estate professionals who are specialized at different stages of the process – coordination of repairs, estimates, cleaning, staging, paperwork, showings, negotiations, and closing.
